2019 marks the sixth year of the Agile Open Florida conference.  This conference brings agilists from across Florida (as well as outside the state) to explore, share and learn from each other.  And there is much to share. Are you scaling or de-scaling? Should you hybridize your approach? Where does DevOps intersect with Agile?  How does this all impact your business? Is the Agile Manifesto still valid?

To capture the spirit of these questions, we have chosen the theme Livin La Vita Agile!

You will have the opportunity to explore these and many other topics with your fellow agilists.  This year, I am privileged to be your facilitator during this exploration.

This is not a presentation or a traditional meeting.  There will be no speaker, power point or panel discussions.  However, you may bump into practitioners who have a long and deep history with agile.  You will also meet others who are seeking answers to questions such as yourself.

So plan on spending the day connecting with others who wish to explore what is possible in an Agile life.

We will build the agenda together, all ideas and topics you identify will be discussed.  Everything will be documented within a day of the event.
